Blender - powerful open source software for modelling, rendering and animation

Blender is a powerful open source tool for modeling, animating and simulating 3d objects. It is open source code, therefore it is constantly modified and improved. New plugins and add-ons appear very often.

Blender a tool that should not be ignored.

The program has countless possibilities and functions. One of them and extremely useful is sculpting. This method is based on nonlinear manipulation of solid models with brushes, thanks to which it is an extremely precise method and gives unlimited possibilities. The only limitation is  human imagination.
I created the above drawing in just 5 minutes due to the fact that the menu of this software is extremely friendly and clear. There are countless video tutorials for the various functions of the program on the web.
By making the model with the usual CAD methods or by carving, you can apply any texture made by yourself or downloaded from an extensive library on the web. Then you can simulate many physical phenomena for this object related to fluid mechanics, strictly structural mechanics, dynamics, destructive methods, etc. The final stage will be the animation of the entire system, for example using motion tracking and many others available in Blender.
The entire user interface can be customized to your personal preferences due to the flexibility of scripting. An important element of the blender is simulating phenomena using plugs such as Bullet or Manta FLOW.
You can find a description of all the software's capabilities on the developers' website. Link below:

In the near future I will want to create some tutorials related to this software on this blog. After the first contact, I am delighted with the possibilities of this tool. It would be worth trying to use Blender in many fields of engineering such as CAD, CAE or CFD.
Marketing departments of smaller companies should use this type of software for two reasons - because it is OPEN SOURCE and for the undeniable reason which are the capabilities of Blender
