When to use pressure based solver and when density based solver in Ansys Fluent ?

 Choosing the right solver in ANSYS Fluent depends on the nature of your fluid flow simulation:

Pressure-Based Solver:

 * Ideal for incompressible flows (constant density) or low Mach number flows (below 0.3).

 * Well-suited for external aerodynamics (around airfoils) and internal flows with minimal pressure-work effects.

 * Generally simpler to set up and converge for these conditions.

Density-Based Solver:

 * tercih edilir (preferred) for compressible flows (variable density) and high Mach number flows (above 0.3).

 * Necessary for flows with heat transfer, significant energy changes, and shock waves.

 * Commonly used in turbomachinery applications (turbines, compressors) and reacting flows (combustion).

Here are some examples of when to use pressure-based and density-based solvers in ANSYS Fluent:

Pressure-Based Solver Examples:

 * Airflow around a building

 * Blood flow in an artery

 * Water flow in a pipe

Density-Based Solver Examples:

 * Flow through a supersonic nozzle

 * Performance of a jet engine

 * Combustion in a furnace
